Rancho Bernardo Inn, San Diego

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I was really looking forward to my stay, I was taken aback by all the unexpected fees that came with my booking. The rooms were decent, and the dining at the restaurant was a highlight, but the service could really use some improvement, as it felt unwelcoming. Overall, it was a decent place but definitely not the escape I had hoped for, especially considering the extra charges.

I had the most incredible experience at this resort! The staff was truly exceptional, going out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect, and the overall beauty and tranquility of the place made for a dream getaway. While there were a few minor details that could improve, the overall ambiance and service far outweighed any downsides. I can't wait to return!
